So I've just upgraded my S23U to the S24U and changed from the Samsung upgrade program to Samsung flex, I've only received one email from Samsung flex about the agreement and one receipt email. Has anyone else whose done this recieved an email confirming the switch from Samsung upgrade to Samsung flex? How does the whole process work. Do I just give back my S23 and Samsung deal with Klarna themselves and that's the end of it?
I am assuming that they will settle with klarna once you return your phone, they normally do. I have moved over to flex and got e-mail with how much i will pay and terms and conditions and then later i got email saying they have recieved my order
Yeah I got the same emails, that's good to know, I wonder if my February klarna payment will go through or will it be frozen. In anycase good to know! Thanks!
