Unauthorised payment

We are updated from S21 to Flip 4. Both phones sent back, i still have the proof from their signature. Today realised on my account there is payment to Samsung of £490. This is the trade in price. No any communication, no e-mail why or what happened. I will call them tomorrow as it's too late now, but anyone in a similar situation?

I would think that your trade I device hasn't reached them in their time frame. If you have your post office receipt I would take pictures of it as it will have the date of postage and tracking number if you used a Samsung returns pack.

I sent my trade in on 6th September and its still showing as being at the post office.

Mine is arrived, pictures taken of the special delivery sign off, also their confirmation message in e-mail
