Trade in not applied ! 😡

So I ordered a S21 Ultra , traded my Note 10 plus in , entered Imei , all good , applied 15% discount , but it turns out trade in didn't work !! 🤬 ( although it showed in basket ) 

I specifically asked on chat if trade in and discount could both be applied and was told yes .
Also traded in old apple watch against Active 2 for daughter and that didn't go thru either !!!
