Track item (no number) S23 Ultra

It's on number 5 (On the way) but when i click track item, I get this!

I also have a "Smart View Wallet Case" coming, but that's only marked as order confirmed.

The phone also says "Arrives on the 07/02/2023" but it also says Delivers from: February 10th

Also I did get an email from DPD< but it says "we received your order details, and we're expecting your parcel shortly"...

apparently they don't even have it? 

So is it coming on 7th or the 10th.. bloody confused

I've had exactly the same as you re DPD email and dispatch email from Samsung. It'll be coming tomorrow but won't have been picked up yet hence why it says delivery status unavailable.
They'll pick it up within the hour I'd have thought at which point they'll message you to say we have it and the date of delivery.
I used to use DPD for my own business and this is what used to happen for that.

I hope you're 100% correct this makes me happy, heck i've not had a samsung phone since the "Samsung S5"!!!!!

I've never needed to upgrade, it's really big deal for me, about last year I stopped using my S5 in exchange for a MOTOROLA G30!  Oh god, it was an upgrade! See i'm not someone that sees the need to upgrade every year, and I was playing the few games I had, and had my little apps and only a few numbers! 

It was fantastic, too me it was great even till last year, but second i got my hands on a brand new phone "moto g30" that came out like last year, i was soo bloody surprised!

This S23 Ultra 1TB is the most I've ever spent on  a phone since the S5 that was brand new I brought it WITH CASH from ARGOS like a few days or so after the S6 came out,  S5 was alike 600£ or so.


Over the last few days I've brought a few cases I liked from amazon, got a case from samsung, got a 120W charger because only got a 20W for my moto, and sheesh, I'm hyped!

So am I right in thinking I should receive my s22 ultra tomorrow if I got the dpd (we are expecting you parcel) email tonight at 8.55pm or am I just to hopeful lol
