Has anyone else received an early upgrade email from Samsung, promising that you could upgrade to the latest S25 at no extra cost—just by trading in your old device—only to face endless frustration?
I received this email before the official launch of the S25, but every time I tried to access my Flex account, I was met with technical errors, preventing me from proceeding. The system repeatedly told me to try again later or call customer service. When I reached out for help, I was passed from one person to another, with no one able to provide a clear solution.
To make matters worse, when I emailed to complain about the lack of support, I was met with excuses and Samsung refusing to take responsibility. Then, as soon as my upgrade date became available, I was suddenly able to access my account and upgrade to the S25—but by that time, I had already missed out on hundreds of pounds worth of promotions.
Has anyone else experienced similar issues? Were you able to get the support you needed, and if so, how? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
