I purchased a s24 Ultra through fonehouse. I ordered it 15th and received it 16th November with a Three Mobile Contract. I am trying to take out a Samsung care policy, however, everyime I enter my IMEI number, I receive "Model SKU does not exist in this country or product id" Product is S928B/DS. Even though the phone was brand new and sealed, have I been sold a handset not designed for the UK
I have tired Samsung chat but they tell me to ask fonehouse. Is there anything else I can try?
