If I tick "no" when it asks if my phone is in good condition, are the only conditions it needs to meet the ones listed? Will it go through with a cracked screen if its otherwise functional?

Best to look into the small print.
If its normal wear then it will likely be accepted
May depend upon how bad the damage is.
Can't remember the wording exactly, but if that's not one of the options given and doesn't affect the normal working of the phone.
It would get assessed once received by the place it goes to.
Just remember to take good quality photos of it. Working as well.
Also best to get a video of it working.
Make the photos date stamped as well.

It says it has to hold a charge, power on, and work. Doesn't mention screen. It's like £300 for a repair and that's about what the phone looks to be worth fixed (S22u, 512gb, burgundy), so if I can get somewhere near the £190 that selecting "no" is offering, that would probably be enough to trade up (and buy the insurance this time, as I'll almost certainly manage to damage it again in 2 years, and one screen is more than 2yrs insurance)
