Absolutely fuming!
I've been on upgrade program 4yrs now. 
I received my upgrade invite link. 
Went through the motions, previous phone A etc, now pick upgrade.

I chose the S22 Ultra and got it on the 25th Feb.

Now, I've found Samsung has made an error (apparently I'm not the only one) and they've put my down as a NEW upgrade program member. 
Paying for 2 phones! 

I've called, been cut off, spent 4 HOURS on phone the other night and was told it would be escelated and I'd get an email with a resolution within 24-48 hrs

2days later - NOTHING. 
I've now been on phone file 2 hrs. The girl I spoke to didn't understand my problem and cut me off!

Looks like I'm going to have to return the S22 Ultra and go through the Upgrade again.
I used the invite link and it says congrats you can upgrade 😡
You only get 15 days to return so I have a day left to either get this sorted or get it posted back. The date of upgrade will change,I'll lose out on the pre order buds and s there's a suply shortage, good knows how long I'm going to have to wait. 

I'm NOT happy 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Hmmm interesting I am still waiting for my phone. But I went thru the upgrade programme too and I have noticed they didn't include the returns package. I think the previous years it was part of the order. Can I ask who you called and number so I can check on mine too.

I didn't get any returns packaging either which is why I checked. 

If you go on Samsung, sign in, orders...

Your phone will appear with a blue tag by it. 

Should say returning upgrade customer. 

Mine days NEW upgrade customer 🤬

Thanks just checked mine. It's says returning upgrade customer. Hope you gets yours sorted soon.

@Babychan  I have got my s22 ultra as a returning upgrade customer- I got the return pack by post about 3 days after I received the s22 Ultra

I have also been processed as a NEW upgrade programme member when I am a RETURNING upgrade programme member. I'm also not happy. Been chasing for returns pack for days.

Samsung 'Order Completed' email states 'New upgrade customer', but web site order tracking shows as 'Returning upgrade customer'. HOW CAN I GET A RETURNS PACK?
