I am upgrading to the s20 ultra through the samsung upgrade program. I have been in the program since 2019 and i recieved an email that I am eligable for an upgrade. When I got to upgrade, it asks me to apply for credit again. I already have a credit account with samsung (TD Bank). But my question is, did any of you experience this issue? Do you have to reapply everytime you want to upgrade within the program?
