Samsung UK S24 Pre-order disaster

Hi, is there anyone here from Samsung officials who can look into this pre order disaster happening in the UK ?
Pre order S24 ultra black and from last 5 days it is showing preparing to dispatch.
Customer services don't have any clue, they just reading the same information on their screens, one available to customer when tracking the order.

Moderators on here will not be able to view your account I'm afraid.

The S24 Series has only just been released and there are likely hundreds of thousands of devices being ordered and delivered.

If your device is marked as pending dispatch then your order has been accepted and Samsung / DPD will send you an email the day before delivery to let you know.

Appreciate you may be excited to get your device and want it as soon as possible but disaster it isn't.

order. After one hour on call waiting, I spoke with a Samsung advisor about my changing and delaying order date of my S24 Ultra 1TB to only be told that they can't help me. The advise offered was that they will email the relevant department to chase and for me to wait 24 hours for a reply via email. Firstly the order by date was 24th, then on 23rd evening email stating delay and expecting delivery by 26th January. It is unacceptable that a large organisation can not have a system in place to launch their new mobile. The Samsung chat is worse, with a que of 100+ then no one available when you get to the end.


 But YOU do need to ring up to get your mobile quicker. I was fortunate that I got it the next day after ringing up and following the above process. So be patient and insist on speaking to customer service and logging your concern.

Welcome to Samsung's yearly tradition. To be fair calling customer support will not help at all. You will waste a hour of your life that will never recover.

I pre-ordered the S22 Ultra called them countless times, and my order was delayed 4 times eventually I cancelled it and got my phone for another retailer. I pre-ordered the S24 ultra 13 days ago, and the delivery date is for the 9th so far.

Unfortunately, this is first time buying directly from Samsung. Every time pre order through network provider and always get the delivery in day 1. Next time no way to approach Samsung.

I got mine earlier than expected, without lifting a finger. I do realise delivery dates creates a bigger expectation the closer it is, however you'll realise, logistics isn't about what date given to what is delivered on time and when. Also consider that whilst you may be unfortunate to have a less than satisfactory experience, there are (and very likely is) 1000s of others who are experiencing quite the opposite. Mine was ordered on 19th with an expected delivery date of 9th, however it arrived yesterday on 29th. For me, that was excellent service.

The worst thing about this is how my partner who ordered 48 hours later same spec and colour received their phone yesterday. Mine still says 9th Feb. Disgraceful service that people ordering later jump the queue.

Does it say on your order when it is due? When i ordered mine said 2nd Feb or 9th Feb. I forgot

Luckily it came early and was delivered back end of last week, when I ordered to dpd taking over the delivery, it was showing preparing for dispatch
