Samsung UK S24 Pre-order disaster

Hi, is there anyone here from Samsung officials who can look into this pre order disaster happening in the UK ?
Pre order S24 ultra black and from last 5 days it is showing preparing to dispatch.
Customer services don't have any clue, they just reading the same information on their screens, one available to customer when tracking the order.

It says delivery by 9th Feb and shows preparing to dispatch more than 5 days. When spoke over the phone on Sunday, had been told stock had been allocated to my order on 26th Jan, advisor was hoping should have received by now, but no luck.

Yeah, sometimes you feel that the people on the phone tell you anything so you end the call, hopefully your new phone comes soon!

Samsung support isn't ideal for such a big company!

My concern is that delivery by dates were not met by Samsung for the mobile device. When ringing up Samsung, I was informed they did not know why my order wasn't being dispatched. They have no control of the matter. The power base is the dispatchment department who was directly emailed and then I was informed I would be emailed. The end point is that my mobile wouldn't of been delivered any time soon if I never contacted Samsung directly. You were lucky and fortunate with your experience. Hope you have plenty of joy with your device. I am still learning more about it each day. Thank you for your support

This is the exact same situation for me, was due to be delivered on the 24th then 26th, still nothing as of today. My Samsung account says its been dispatched , dpd have the delivery request but no phone. I'm not sure if there's a delay with the units ( grey 1tb) but it's an absolute joke. Been on chat 4 times now and all say the same thing. I can request the delivery by dpd for any day but they don't actually have the phone. Yesterday I changed it to today for the fun of it but still nothing. I'm actually thinking about cancelling altogether now. A friend of mine ordered after me and his was delivered today.

Was his/her same as yours? I. E. 1tb grey? Also did you use the same payment method?

I think there is a shortage of 1tb grey.My order is the same and was supposed to come on the 25th but now it says 8th.Mine still says order confirmed and has not moved .

I've just had an email from Samsung saying it's been delivered, dpd haven't even picked it up from Samsung yet. This is an absolute joke this, I honestly can't believe it lol

I agree. This is the worst customer experience I have had from Samsung these past few days. Understandable that they are flooded with calls and orders and are experiencing delays but making me wait so long as got me looking at apple. Its working out a bit more expensive but i might make the switch now even if its just to try something different. If i don't like it i can trade it in next year and get the s25U or whatever.
