Had anyone received their S24 Ultra when preorderd directly from Samsung website as I haven't received mine yet?

Strange when I checked 512gb in black it was for the 14th feb

Just got an update on mine online - the cancel button has vanished and now moved to preparing for dispatch. Anyone know how long that takes? Says delivery before 02/02 but doesn't say exactly when. 512gb ultra in black and with watch too

Completely agree !

They may not have been able to predict how many orders they would get, but they certainly would have known how many they would have available to sell / ship on the promised dates, yet kept making the same promises when that number was exceeded.

The lack of honesty / integrity is turning Samsung into Scamsung !

Sending notice of a further two week delay on the day that delivery had been promised is a new low. I see that US customers subjected to the same tactics have been offered a $25 voucher.

Had an email this morning at 08.30 stating delayed with no date.
Was supposed to have recieved it today.

Yuh I had the same I pre ordered the daytime was released selected today for delivery and got an email at 0850 basically going unforseen circumstances your order won't be delivered today. Check order updates for more information. That they will send a email when it's on the way. But only shows shipping from the 10/02 on tracking now

Judging by how quiet it is in here today most people have started receiving their phones now 🙄

I finally received my Ultra 1TB yesterday but only after chasing via the telephone customer service after waiting over 1 hour. Watch and strap delayed as seen in image. I do recommend ringing if you want your mobile sooner as they are not aware of all the dates until prompted. Then they will email dispatchment department. The process isn't customer friendly and people should be compensated for the stress caused to customers especially those who reordered 1706371265816.jpg

Your lucky I ordered my 1TB one on the launch day and it was supposed to come today. I got a email this morning saying We regret to inform you that your recent order (with my order number) has been delayed, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. No date for re delivery, and when you track it online it says expected to be pre ordered 10/02 nothing on when I will get mine. My friend has the same issue and yet my partner who ordered the day after me his order at the moment is still showing on schedule

I hqvnt been able to get through to customer services, and if you try the online chat it's like ques of 40 Deep it's crazy
