Samsung S24 Ultra and free Galaxy Watch 6 Promotion

Hey all, wondering if anyone can help clarify a few things for me. 

I ordered the S24 Ultra on launch day and was able to get the £50 discount (pre-order bonus) and 5% off due to first time Samsung Shop App user. I also traded in my old phone. However it wasn't until after the order came through that I realised the Code for the Samsung Watch 6 wasn't applied, not sure what happened but the whole process was a bit buggy as I was using Samsung Flex to pay. 

Anyway, support have said I can claim the watch after 24th January once my phone arrives, but also in the t&c's they do say you can't claim if you have already participated in another promotion. 

Do my discounts count as promotions considering the pre-order bonu came with case and screen protectors? Or are 'prmotions' specific to claims like watch6 or headphones, cashback, etc. Appreciate any help, I want to avoid cancelling my order as I'd prefere the watch over the £50 discount

I reordered the s24 u and got the phone on the 25th and still no watch after 35 days. They state with 45 days. First and last samy.

OK seems like a ***** shoot with pre-order this time!
I pre-ordered my S24 Ultra on Flex with Web Exclusive colour from Samsung on 25th Jan.
1TB model on back order so was told will be getting it on 19th February.
Was able to add the watch to original pre-order.
Got both phone and watch on 12th February.
3 colleague at work pre-order following my advice.
Two of them got the watch delivered with phone.
One got watch and phone before release date.
One got phone on the 19th January but still haven't received the watch and had to use the claim site (he still haven't got the watch yet, sometime this month?!).
One got phone and watch on release date.
So ***** shoot!

I pre ordered the S24 ultra. Everything went through to wait 45 days to receive the watch 6 for free. It is 44 days of waiting, and now I have an email from Samsung to say there are delays. This is *****. The same happened when I bought the Samsung s9 ultra tablet. I was promised the buds, they never turned up. There thieves. Paying all the money and false advertising

Im thesame due date like uts to sent my watch 6, i try to call them and speak one of the promotional staff they apologized it will be late, coz they running out of stocks and they dont know when its available, we will received email once its available to sent.

I pre ordered an S24 and received the phone on 3rd of Feb... I was accepted for the promotion of the galaxy 6 watch on the 4th of feb and am now on day 45 and had no correspondence whatsoever to say it's delayed or anything...
