Samsung's Return Dept is not working on Saturdays 😂

Samsung has received my returned watch 2 days ago but the Return or replacement Dept is not working in the weekend or Saturdays according CS team.

just now I talked to CS team (very pleasant) they put me through to technical team (very pleasant again), then they put me through to Shop team (very pleasant again).. At the end of the day.. Nooo job was done, nobody knows, and This body thinks that the Other body will do the job

At the end of the day.. Customer still waiting.. And noooobody did the job.. 😂😂.. Life is beautiful with Samsung
