I am very disappointed with Samsung's rewards. After speaking to several customer advisers it seems no one has a clue exactly how many days or when you received your points after each purchase. Can Samsung make it clear instead of being passed around from one department to another? Is there a number to call Samsung Rewards? Complain team number?
Rewards points are normally given around 28 days after purchase. Sometimes a day or two difference depending on state or bank holidays depending upon your region. Sometimes it depends on any relevant cooling off period of the product you are purchasing. Here in the UK it's normally 14 days cooling off period
You should receive them within 30days, or may receive them earlier, you usually get a notification to say your points have been added to the account. They isn't a exact timeframe.
