Backtracked on price promise

I purchased a A55 Mobile from Samsung online and noticed after receiving the mobile that Currys were selling it for £56 cheaper. I completed the Samsung price promise application within 7 days and received a reply stating that I was not eligible. No reason given. Shame on you Samsung

It's important to read through those boring Terms and Conditions
There will be some exclusions. So a careful read through before you make a decision on a purchase is advisable with anything you buy

I found a samsung 49" for under $150  sold in another country samsung website. how do  i price match with samsung us?
