Samsung Delivery very bad response

I had ordered my TV on the 7th Nov, delivery was confirmed for the 9th but was not delivered. Panther the courier company says Samsung did not deliver the TV to them. Called customer service and they don't have a clue as they cannot contact anyone except an email for an update and they haven't received any update

There’s loads of this going round today, seen it with watches, TVs, phones. I ordered an s21 and it got recalled for no reason so I think they’re really going downhill with their customer service skills. Most times you ring they don’t have a clue on your order plus it’s hours worth of waiting
