I have invested in the Samsung eco system and back in early April I ordered a galaxy ring (in fact my wife wanted it for my birthday gift)I recieved the sizing kit a few days later and responded immediately only to get advice that delivery would be 09 May, almost one month ahead.
Ok, I patiently wait past my birthday and then a week ago I see status changed to 'preparing despatch'
That status remains and is same today.
So if delivery is tomorrow, 9th, then when will the ring be despatched?
I contacted Samsung support and after 35 mins going around in circles the person I spoke to comes up with 'wait for tomorrow, I cannot see any despatch showing so called back after 9th'
What a great support.....
So now I have to wait until 10th b4 calling when nothing has arrived (how could it if it's still not been despatched) - 10th being the weekend so no one will be able to assist until Monday 12th
And the best part from this support person was when she suggested I contact dpd, samsungs courier, and ask them where my order is! Seriously?
Appalling service, appalling standard of customer support and complete contempt by Samsung for customer loyalty.
And please b4 the community experts reply saying to be patient, I have been patient for a month.
My advice going forward to others is seriously consider b4 buying from Samsung direct as you will have no idea when or even if your order would arrive.
