This is the second year that Samsung UK refuse to sell me the fold for no reason after a pay the full amount they send me a cancel email citing for security reasons, what security reasons can be??? I paidin full the mobile phone what reason could be???
It's like they don't want my money, awful experience for me any customer service like this one it's better to haven't any.
No nothing like that never had any problems with Samsung until last year for no reason at all. Last purchase was PC monitor no problem and then all this cancellation for security reasons, why???
Quite often this can be because the delivery address and billing address are different. Or there are problems arising around the shear volumes of orders at a particular time. I always order during the quieter times. You can get issues with the bank not processing payments as well. Make sure to let them know that you will be purchasing an item of a large amount.
Hi there, no problem with the Bank for the payment. The delivery address and bill is the same. They send emails for you purchase the latest products they will sell and then they should be prepared for the large volume of orders this Samsung that you talking one of biggest companies in the world. Still don't see any reason for the second year doing this to me.
Hi there, that is what I did in past but is very annoying that they can't answer me the question of why it's like my money isn't good enough for Samsung or like I did something criminal against Samsung.
