S25 ultra stolen from my parcel by DPD

Hi guys 

I’m just so disappointed as I preordered a Samsung s25 ultra on the 25th Jan 2025 and despite it being delayed I didn’t even receive the item when it was supposed to be deliver to me on 22nd Feb 2025. My parcel was tampered with by the pathetic DPD driver. He even invaded my privacy by shoving his head through my window! I was so angry and shocked I told him come to my front door but he wouldn’t listen instead he was in a rush. Secondly He took a photo of my face without my permission and didn’t take a photo of theo tampered side he just passed on the clear side so that he wouldn’t get screwed. I’m so angry as I wanted to play around with my new phone but Samsung are taking the mick as they claimed they will be back in touch within 48 hours and no one doesn’t bother. Any advice on what I can do please.

I just received this email today quite confused with what Samsung are doing lol. They aren’t responding to my emails but I got a generated email. I don’t understand them!

@Z1920 , I'm confused by that one too. 😕  Can you share more details on which Samsung contact point you raised the DPD matter with?

Cheers! By the looks of that screenshot you've reached the right place -- albeit in a slightly roundabout way (usually, courier-related Shop stuff is best to go through the Shop contact points for them to escalate to the relevant team). 

 

Definitely strange you'd randomly receive a GDPR right-to-erasure email though.
