S25 Ultra experiencing late delivery

I pre ordered S25 Ultra Titanium pink gold 1TB on January 27th. It moved to order confirmed same day. It has been there since then no change. When do you think I will be receiving it. Contacted Samsung support and they said it is at their warehouse getting sorted. Is there anyone like me here?

Got the same issues order stuck on confirmed and delivery date pushed back from 8th Feb to 22nd

I gave them a call today. They said the order is been sorted out in badges. And since my get by date is 22nd I should expect any changes from the 15th.

I ordered the s25, told delivery 8th now 22nd, so cancelled it.

Pre-ordered 24th Jan. After my order reached the shipping requested status, it is stuck up there..... up to this day no progress.. KSA

I'm glad im not alone! I have placed the order at 24 of Jan and still no sigh of life! I regret i haven't choose the iphone 16pro max! After 10 year as an Apple user i decided to change and Look!

Switching from apple was a big mistake , a company that is good in planning and respecting customers. I wanted just to to try androind and pre ordered the s25 ultra on 22 jan just after the phone reveal. It was scheduled to be delivered on 4/02 , now there is a big delay and customer support are no help. Unfortunately I know some people who ordered it after that date and already received the phone (same color same size) . I honestly advice people now to think twice before switching to Samsung

I have the same issue. Ordered on 26/01/2025. Ship date shows 07/02/2025. 

Still not shipped. E store says now only by 20/02/2025

Same issue here. I ordered the S25 Ulta in Titanium black, and it said to be delivered on the 4th of February. About a week later I got an email from Samsung that it got delayed and it is expected around the end of February. But the Problem is I see all around the internet that people ordering exactly the same phone and they receive it on time.(even if they ordered it later than me as a colleague of mine). I contacted Samsung support but they basically said "We know that it's frustrating but you have to wait as every order in these exclusive colors are only made individually for every customer". Oh and the status in the app for my order doesn't say that it's delayed or anything it still says "Being prepared" and it's still February 4th
