S24 Pre Order Delivery Delayed

Strange things happening with Samsung, first pre order delayed, now one handset says preparing to despatch from more than a day and other still order confirmed, while both phones are on the same one order.

Seriously, Samsung your supply chain system is big time mess, or you had launched the handsets without preparation.

The information on the Samsung store website is never accurate, especially on this type of event. I think the most accurate communication is when you get the delivery email by the courier.

If you can download the DPD app, that maybe more accurate.

Same happened to me last year with the S23. Took over a week for it to be dispatched, then another week to arrive. Was over 2 weeks past release date before I got it, so much for preorder.
