After terrible service for Samsung customer service and just blatant lies and pure lack of communication from them.I've cancelled my order.

Me too. Last week I decided I was never going to buy another SG phone. Today I'm 💯 sure that's the right decision.

I preordered a S23 last year, took it over two weeks to arrive. They didn't even dispatch it until a week after the release date. Could have had it cheaper and on release day through Amazon.

I sold my S23 (battery life was terrible) and got a M53. Fast enough, light, and battery literally lasts 3 days in my normal use, 2 says if I'm travelling a lot.
