S24+ Online Exclusive Colour Delivery Delays

Here we go again! My situation is a mirror of what happened when I ordered my last Samsung a couple of years ago. 

I pre-ordered the S24+ in Sapphire Blue. Selected a delivery date of 28th January 2024 which is today. 

Surprise surprise I'm only getting a phone case today. Email this morning from Samsung on the day of delivery that my phone and free watch are delayed until 11th February 2024. 

Samsung its really not good enough to be emailing people on the same day. Give us some notice! I chose today on purpose as I knew I'd be home. Live Chat Support are useless. I went round and round in a queue and eventually I spoke with them a couple of days ago and they told me everything was coming today. 

So disappointing and once again paid a lot of money for a new phone I'm not going to get on the actual release date.

Update today! My phone and free watch is preparing dispatch and shows delivery of 9th Feb 🤗

Mine went from 31st January to 9th Of February then now to 19th of February... Happens every year delay this delay that just like gaming don't preorder I'm certainly not anymore and waiting 5 months before I order my next phone from Samsung

So frustrating! Is yours preparing dispatch? Mine has been saying that the last few days and still due tomorrow for the moment!

Yes, I did received my S24 Ultra on the 6th of Feb.

I am happy for you. I got mine on the 6th and so far I am loving it. I hope that you got an excellent one and the wait was well worth it.

Thank you! Yes I'm loving the slight change in design! It's also ever so slightly bigger which is a plus. Feels premium!

The 24+ has a few nice improvements over the S24. Do enjoy it
