This is literally what's happening to me as well, same product ordered, same dates, same delays. I spoke to an "agent" on Livechat last night - absolutely no chance that was an actual person - who assured me my phone would definitely be delivered today. NOT. They sent coupons to get money off my "next purchase" on the estore - bold of them to assume there's gonna be a next purchase. This is the first ever product I buy from samsung and I'm seriously considering just cancelling the order and buying a phone elsewhere. I don't have a backup phone and this is causing issues with my work too now. They only give us vague reasons for the delay and don't bother updating the order tracker. Very embarrassing on Samsung's part, considering the ludicrous prices of their products. Clearly this issue has been ongoing for a while, and knowing this they are still taking orders and waiting until the set delivery day to say: "Whoopsie, delivery delayed, this was so unforeseen and so beyond our control, we really didn't see this coming".
