Ordered Samsung S22 Ultra Graphite 256GB from Samsung website. After 5 hours of payment, I have received this email. I still didn't get the money back to my account. Horrendous situation created by a giant company.

Have you called to see what the problem is ?
That colour is a special order from what I understand and it takes about 4 weeks to deliver. Maybe you can give them a ring and ask for a different colour, so that they can deliver it on or before the 25th?

Hi,

I know the product will take 4 weeks to arrive. But they cancelled my order without showing any reason. It doesn't matter what the color is! Also, they didn't give me any refund so far. 

Their customer support made me wait for 1 hour and didn't receive any call.

I received the same email for a S22+. I contacted customer services who fobbed me off saying it was system driven and nothing they could do. They gave me.an.email address to complain which is seuk.casemgt@samsung.com

Did they refund your money? They just mail me by saying that Order has been cancelled. But I did not get my refund yet.
