S21 Ultra Pre Order - Out of Stock?

Have any of you preordered a S21 device and then got an email the next day saying they're out of stock? I've just had this on O2. Just wondering what this means for the claiming of offers (Buds, tracker, Disney+). Obviously I won't have an IMEI number of the phone until it arrives.

Is anyone else getting Out of Stock from their provider?

I've had exactly the same email this morning and I was wondering the same thing about claiming the offers

Samsung have said the offer restrictions stand and cannot be changed. O2 have just messaged me back (I tweeted them then DM) and said it will be here 5 Feb. This is due to a 'UK wide international shipping issue'

what offer restrictions though? got the same problem here. Apparently it's only the s21 Ultra 512GB model being delayed.

The 30 days to claim the free Buds and Tracker from purchase, but you need th IMEI of the device, so unless it arrives within 30days of purchase, you can't claim it.

So I just got a text from DHL and my device will arrive on Monday, so looks like the delay isn't huge thankfully.
