Hi,

I ordered my Galaxy S21 Ultra 256GB on the 6th of March and although it said in stock it ships within 7-10 business days.

We're now on the 8th business day and my order is still only on order placed.

Any idea what's going on? This is the UK by the way.

Exactly the same situation for me.

Samsung offer the most for my s10+, they gave me 50% of an active watch 2 and I used a code for a further £50 off so I don't want to cancel when I've got a good deal but this radio silence is ridiculous. Customer service us appalling

10th business day now and I've heard nothing and it still hasn't shipped. 7-10 business days, what a load of *****

Update - So my watch is being shipped but still no movement on the actual phone... It's now been 2 weeks and over the 7-10 business days listed on the website!
