Reward points used

I am looking at purchasing an item from samsung,  so went onto their site, I placed in my basket the item added a money off voucher and my reward points to gain idea of cost.

I didn't complete purchase but my reward points now say used on purchase. 

I contacted samsung via chat and was told to email their promotions.

What else can I do?

A week and still not returned, I contracted customer service and they told me to contact promotions team.

promotions team told me to contact customer services.

Hi, how long did it take to get it back?

I tried contacting customer service regarding getting my reward points back from an order i cancelled as I needed to add more items to the order. I was told that the UK does not refund rewards points used that had items returned or cancelled. How can that be legit?

the person i chatted to was really not helpful at all.

It took a week to 10 days.
