Anyone have any advice?
My phone was delivered on the 24th and noticed straight away my spen tip was frayed and very sharp. Didn't want to risk using it and scratching the screen.
Spoke to support and sent in photos who advised they'd replace the nibs and even walked me through how to do this.
A week later I called for an update after seeing on twitter that tips were infact non replacable.
They confirmed this was the case and they'd send out a new pen and I'd receive it in 14 days.
14 days passed and been trying to chase ever since.
They don't replace the tips and apparently won't replace the pen now despite it being faulty and being told one was already in the post? (Note - I made a reddit post about this and someone had the exact same problem and have already received a replacement pen)
After over 6 hours on support via live chat and phone they're now saying I have to return the whole device and be without a phone (as I traded my old one in to them) just for them to replace the pen?! Despite it being obviously removable and within 28 days.
Not to mention my phone restarts alot, and is now restarting in the night. I have checked and auto restart is off. So I'm now at a loss, I have an spen they advised me NOT to use as it could damage the screen, and they want me to return the handset and be without one which is not logical as I require a phone.
(Also they spent 2 hours arguing with me that my email address and delivery address were wrong, despite me sending copies of order forms, delivery emails, and chat transcripts confirming i infact didn't give them any incorrect information)
Their support is beyond shocking at the minute.
Sorry for the rant but at a total loss.
