Problems with Samsung Upgrade Lounge

Samsung seems to be having issues AGAIN with the Upgrade Lounge. I can't access it at all. It just comes up with 'Technical Difficulties'...

I'm S21 Ultra -> S22 Series

Anyone managed to get through?

I can access the upgrade lounge, but when I put my order number from last year together with my customer number from the financing company, I get an error saying that the upgrade windows is not open 😞

I keep adding white ultra & then it keeps changing to burgundy

Same issue here, hoping in a few hours it might calm down. I've heard the same thing happens every year. 

Managed to get through on my phone but it was so buggy i gave up, one sneaky thing i noticed is they increase your "final payment" massively upgrading from s21 ultra to s22 ultra so be aware

Yeah same problem her. Apparently it's a known issue and they are working on it.

Quick question, the field that requires "User name" is it a username, email or surname? lol, I keep getting the wrong credentials although my loan number is correct.
