I get as far as stating condition of my device. When I click continue it just says "Error submitting the Grade of your device, please try again later"

Also, if its a free upgrade then why is there a deposit and a final payment? I don't understand! Any explantations?

Nothing is free! Same as last year. It's a whole new agreement so you pay deposit and have option to trade in next year or pay for another year to own the phone out right

Managed to order. Couldn't get the burgundy 256gb. Each time I chose that one it added the white into my basket! So went for the black.
