Hi ordered the s22 ultra and paid on my bank card but the payment hasnt gone out yet just saying pending but i have had the email say thanks for your order from samsung but all that says is we are currently processing it. does anyone know how long it takes for them to take my money

I am experiencing something similar. I completed the pre-order, got a confirmation email, I see the points were awarded (well they show in the Order Detail on the Samsung site), and the funds were actually withdrawn from my account. However 3 days later they were back in my account, and I do NOT see a pending charge from Samsung. I am notorious for forgetting I have a order placed if the money isn't withdrawn or showing up as a pending change, I was happy to see it had come out of the account, but am now nervous I may forget about it.
I keep checking every day and the Order on Samsung's site and it shows as processing, with a delivery date of March 18th since I ordered a custom color and the 1TB version.
@Shnookerdookies I see you mention that the money for the order will come out on Feb 25th, were you able to confirm that date, perhaps by customer service? I am just curious.

I am experiencing the se issue. Pre-ordered S22 in an exclusive colour option on 11th, the payment remained pending on my account until today I've noticed that the amount was redebited back into my account. The tracking page still says "Processing". Spoke to customer service team and they too said my order is currently processing. I have no clue whatsover is happening here.

mine went after 4 days and iv had an ramil today saying it now come on monday instead of the 25th but i did order on the first day
