Hi, I am trying to pre order the s22 ultra. I've signed into my Samsung account, selected phone, extras etc, but when I click on 'proceed to checkout', It takes me to my basket and just says your 'basket is empty'.

Any ideas to fix this?

Have you tried a different browser / device or have you tried clearing your cookies?
There is still a lot of traffic on the website and there are thousands of orders being processed.
I ordered a band for my Watch 4 yesterday which was supposed to be delivered today (of course it wasn't) but I managed to place the order without any sort of issues.

Yeah, I tried the browser on my phone, desktop too (Chrome and Edge) and also cleared cookies, cache and history, but it just shows the basket as empty when I click checkout.

I could checkout without signing in, but will lose out on over 7000 samsung points if I do that.

It was happening when I pre ordered too @duffman123321 

I found that just letting the screen sit for Samsung few minutes prompted the page to reload and add the items back and or refresh the screen.

Sometimes logging out and clearing cache etc and then logging back in can help.

I was so excited about the whole thing that I forgot to sign in when ordering my S22 Ultra ! I kept getting the "You are in a queue" prompt that I just wanted to get it over and done.

Now the 1TB Phantom White is out of stock already..
What are Samsung Reward points and what does one use them for ?
