Missing 10% discount code for future orders sent

After placing a multiple item order and paying for it I saw a message on screen saying thank you for shopping with us we are giving you and a friend 10% of any future orders.
I entered my friends e-mail address but neither they or I have received the 10% discount code.

No I don't have any vouchers but I did find a link to it on my Facebook homepage, I clicked on the link and it said it was only for my friends I thought originally it said it was for me as well.

Also on here Samsung Members if you click on 'Your Page tab' any vouchers appear there as well.
Just for future reference.
