You'll need to check what the cooling off period is for your purchase @WOHB
For example in the UK we get 28 days.
If your within your cooling off period then contact your countries Samsung Online Store and ask them to arrange for a return.
Once they have the phone back and assessed it to make sure the return falls within their criteria they'll arrange for a refund and then any payment you've made should be returned to you.
Check the Terms and Conditions for your Klarna transaction in regards to refunds.
