Key worker discount. Can't see order in my normal account

Hi.

I have a Samsung account linked to my email.

I then requested key worker discount with my work email as im a key worker, and this was approved. I ordered the Samsung s24 with the discount through the link. But still using the email from my regular Samsung account in the order.

Problem is I cannot see the order in my regular Samsung account. I can enter the order number and see it that way but I cant see it in my actual accout orders. I'm really confused as to what area its been ordered in. I also want to claim the reward points and I need to send off my trade in. But how can I do this if I can't see the order anywhere 

Is the keyworker log in area a sperate area to regular Samsung customers?

I had this before when I ordered with my blue light card - providing you have the order email it's all fine. But you may not be able to see the order in your normal account. However if you go onto the discount programme site, you should be able to see it

Thank you. I can't even find how I log in to the discount programme site now, other than clicking the link in the email to get the discount again. I do have the email with the confirmation etc so I can just follow the order that way. It all seems really confusing. Glad I'm not the only one. Hopefully it will all be OK and the phone and trade in information will be sent

This is a common issue,
use the order number from email and go to Samsung account/my orders and do order look up. This will give the current status.

You won't get reward points if you ordered thought via the discounted Samsung website... When you check your order status on the regular Samsung website it'll say it was purchased via Samsung Networks

It works, but you need to be logged out of your samsung account otherwise it won't pick it up.

You need to have logged into your samsung account during the order process.

It was strange as it didn't give me an option to log in once I was in the discount keyworker section. Not to worry it seems to be like this for everyone who orders this way. When I type In the order number and email it can still be tracked so I'm sure its all fine. Thanks again

I've ordered numerous times via Blue Light Card onto Samsungs EPP portal. Orders never show in my Samsung account but searching the order number and email on Shop site shows it up.
I've never had an issue with orders via the portal being fulfilled barring Samsungs own delays on getting stock for an order a couple of years back but that was widespread across all retail platforms.
