I've tried like15 times to buy the s24 Ultra because it has a crazy discount, but everytime the payment goes thru it gets cancelled 10 min later (1 time payment), and get insta refunded. I dont know what to do, i've even tried to buy from a different account from a friend, with his debit card and nothing, the same thing over and over again. It seems liek they just dont like my money or something.

I can't blame you wanting the Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra as it's a truly powerful device. 

I can only think that something within the Samsung purchasing system algorithm is picking something up that is rejecting the purchase such as the address maybe 🤔 

Is there a Samsung Experience Store local 🤔  although they may not be running the same offers.

Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Forum

If you are trying to purchase and it fails, I would recommend you clear cache in your browser before trying again. Your browser may be holding cookies causing the Samsung website to throw a hissy fit.

Also note that some browsers may not work, would recommend you use Google Chrome or Samsung Internet for this on those occasion.

Yeah I would use the Samsung browser.
Also make the billing and delivery addresses the same.
Could be an issue with the site. So give it another go tomorrow

Im done eith this company man, 6 days tryin to buy a phone. Its so frustting. I feel insulted. They get the money and refund over and over again. No explanations. My bank said everything was ok, its a samsung problem. Support doesnt even tried to help, they just ask stupid dumb questions that ive already placed in my order, everyday the same questions, same answers. No help at all. Its like they just dont want my money. So im moving to another company, im not dealin with this stupidity anymore

There's something with the order that's not right or correct. It's mostly automated.
Is the phone you ate selecting actually in stock as well.
My bet is some piece of information is not correct or missing.
The sales team should be able to sort something out.
I get it's frustrating and I know how you feel when I tried to order the Watch 6 Classic
Turned out the billing address was different to the delivery address

It's annoying to be honest. But with all the scams out there, Samsung has got tight control over orders.

Could also be the payment type as well.
It's something you'd need to discuss with them though to find out what is failing
I think trying multiple times also stops the order going through. Not 100% on that though

Sorry dude, but i did triple checked everything. Absolutelly everything. And even my friend tried buyin the things for me and guess what? The same story. Its not my fault, and samsung just doesnt want to fix it
