It's concerning to see quite a few threads in regards to this situation @Bryden
Sometimes trying another device to create the order and or clearing Browser cache and history can help.
It also looks on the face of it people who are trading in a phone can be affected.
I've seen posts where people say it's been suggested to purchase elsewhere such as a Network, although that avenue wouldn't be available to people in the Samsung Upgrade Programme.

@Bryden: I'm sorry to hear that you're having some issues with the Upgrade Lounge. Are you an existing Upgrade Programme member, and have you received an email notification inviting you to upgrade? If so, can you try following the link below and clicking on 'Check if you can upgrade' to see if you're able to proceed from here? If not, please can you provide further details of the issues you're experiencing, including any error messages you may be encountering?

I've not used Klarna myself but my work colleague tried and was unsuccessful to purchase the Fold³ , so used PayPal Credit instead and was then successful.
I hope you find a way to move forward with the purchase.

I'm in the same boat as well, the Samsung Upgrade Program is an absolute joke!
Either I get "technical difficulties" when trying to log in, I get all the way through and then Klarna won't process any card I try for the deposit, or I get a message saying I can't use Klarna for this purchase.
I've had Samsung phones for years but it looks like I'm stuck with my S21 Ultra until the end of the existing agreement next year and then I'll look elsewhere.
