How to contact Samsung Headquarters

So, I've been talking to Samsung Customer Service about an issue they do not have a department available to Customers or Potential customers to offer some actual help with. Today is the day after Christmas December 26th 2023. I accidently misspelled my street name on my Samsung Financing Application I filled out on December 19th 2023. I fixed it with Samsung Financing at TD Bank who handles the Financing end of all of this on December 19th 2023 which was a business day and so were the days following that I will mention in this post. They told me it would take 2 to 3 business days for the new updated address to reflect on Samsungs end prior to placing my order using my Samsung Financing application. I figured it wouldn't take the full 2 to 3 business days considering it's just an address. How hard can it be for a team of people they don't allow customers to interact with to change a misspelled street name? So, since the 19th of December 2023 I had been in contact with several Customer Service Representatives who refused to let me talk to a supervisor or refused to relate to my concern without reading from a script and providing options that clearly weren't helping when what I really needed was to talk to someone who understood fluent English and who could put themselves in my position and try to come up with a solution for me other than raising a ticket and escalating the issue with their "BACK END TEAM" whom I wasn't allowed to communicate with. Also, this escalation was ALSO said to take 24 to 48 hours from the time the escalation was made which was 4 days after TD Bank fixed and updated my address on their end December 19th 2023, and trust me, they take every bit of that time AND even longer than 24 to 48 hours of my precious time to fix one little misspelled letter in a street name of an address that wasn't incorrect accept for that one little letter in the street name. I feel like all the representatives were playing with my head and had no sympathy for what they were putting me through. I needed to place this order before Christmas and pick it up the same day I placed the order if Samsung would have allowed that to happen. But, the people from whatever countries they're from that isn't the US of America refused to help me. By the way, it is December 26th 2023 and I still have not received any help nor given any hope that this issue will be resolved EVER! Let alone by New Years. It's like, they don't like doing business at all let alone by selling their products. Any where else Like, Dell, or Microsoft, would have never made me wait this long to purchase a product from them. So, if this community whatever post doesn't raise some concern with this company soon, I will say "Screw this company, Screw Samsung Financing" and go with someone else. Thanks for reading

Generally speaking, for any company sometimes some processes can take a bit to do properly, and can indeed be a frustrating pain in the rear if you're the one waiting for the result of it. But, speaking as a former victim of bank card cloning and scammers, it's better to be safer and relatively slower than speedy and sorry when it comes to financial stuff IMO. I agree that more often than not, processes can be improved though.

 

Noticed that you mention the US in your post. Are you based in the States?
