I will not be able to claim my free gift of the watch due to delays. I will not get the S24 delivered by the deadline.
My order was due to be delivered on 16th February but now there is no delivery date and they have no idea when. Samsung should change the deadline of claimimg due to the unprecedented 'orders' they had. The customer should not suffer for a company not thinking about unprecedented demands, that is their fault not the paying customer.
