Had to return my phone due to manufacturing issue with the Fold 3, phone was received by Samsung as confirmed by DPD but no updates on the replacement being sent or even a confirmation of where the device should be sent too...
Attempted to call on hold for an hour and the live chat disconnects without connecting so pretty much have spent money on air, anyone know a decent way to contact Samsung as the service is shocking and there's better things I could be spending my time on then this

You could contact them via email @ranzer87 which I did when sending back a Samsung phone.
Be patient though as it can take a day or so for them to respond or continue trying to ring the Samsung Online Shop.
