I ordered on 3rd May and every couple of weeks the delivery date gets changed. There is no communication or explanation.
When I can get through to an advisor, they just tell me that stock hasn't been allocated.
Terrible service from Samsung.

hello malarky1 even the same experience i have been going through right now.... i ordered on july 2nd and it's not delivered till date. i was wondering did you received your laptop? and if received, how many days after your order you received the product? please kindly reply, thanks in advance.
