Finance order issues

Hi,

I have recently pre ordered the new S22 ultra through the Samsung website, which I am using Samsung finance to pay which has been accepted via email and confirmed.
I can't see anything in my orders on the Samsung website.
Will this update once the order is being shipped? 
Can someone confirm I do indeed have a new phone on its way to myself?

@James_D89: It's amazing to hear that you'll be one of the first to experience the Galaxy S22 Ultra! Due to the recent increase in customer orders on our website, I was informed that it can take 12-24 hours for the confirmation email to reach you, so this may also be true of the Orders section of your profile. If you don't receive confirmation in the above timeframe, then I recommend reaching out to our Shop Team on , and an advisor will be able to look into this further for you.

In addition to @AndrewL help @James_D89 when I pre ordered my s²² Ultra it took a few hours for the order to show up in the My Orders Section and I received the email the next day which I agree as mentioned the site was really busy and I assume Samsung systems were on catch up.

Sit tight.

Samsung website for ordering is a joke,I've tried several times to pre order the s22+.The site froze several times and I've been turned down for Samsung finance for no reason.

Have same problem waiting now over 24h for confirmation mail. Mail with finance get straight away.

Yeah I got the finance acceptance email straight away. Purchased on release date so now over 24 hours. Will give it till Monday and if nothing by then, I'll try the number given below

I've had similar problems several times. About a month ago, when I ordered several accessories for a large amount, my order was not displayed in my account, although the money was withdrawn from the card. As a result, until I contacted the sales manager in my city directly, the bug could not be fixed. I do not know the reason for such an abundance of errors in the work of the site. But now I try to buy goods from official dealers, even if they have a small margin. Thanks to Stephens Wealth Management Team, I can afford to buy something expensive, as I have taken up the management of my income and capital.
