Due to the recent increase in customer orders on our website, I was informed that it can take 12-24 hours for the confirmation email to reach you, so this may also be true of the Orders section of your profile. In addition to @AndrewL help @James_D89 when I pre ordered my s²² Ultra it took a few hours for the order to show up in the My Orders Section and I received the email the next day which I agree as mentioned the site was really busy and I assume Samsung systems were on catch up.
Sit tight.

I've had similar problems several times. About a month ago, when I ordered several accessories for a large amount, my order was not displayed in my account, although the money was withdrawn from the card. As a result, until I contacted the sales manager in my city directly, the bug could not be fixed. I do not know the reason for such an abundance of errors in the work of the site. But now I try to buy goods from official dealers, even if they have a small margin. Thanks to Stephens Wealth Management Team, I can afford to buy something expensive, as I have taken up the management of my income and capital.
