Delayed pre-order - Compensation?

I'm assuming most of us have got an email about the delay of delivery, but has Samsung (if they ever did) made or offer any compensation for such a ridiculous delay?

S24 ultra titanium blue. Delay arrive from 24.01 to 09.01.2024. I spoke on the samsung chat. The agent promised me 100£ voucher (samsung store). Maybe everyone should fight for compensation if your delivery is delayed.

Oh wow, i did manage to have a chat too, and they said there will be some sort of compensation but she did not disclosed how much it would be

Samsung usually deals with such requests on a case by case basis.

It's a shambles ***** When I preordered said would be delivered by 24th Jan on 23rd got email saying will now receive on 9th Feb thank you for understanding! Understanding wtf?what if I don't want to understand? We should all be compensated this is not acceptable.

I  just received this email from Samsung ..."Your new estimated delivery date is 08/02/2024... "

"...has been delayed, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control." 

but  nothing mentioned about compensation.

This is the same reason i stayed in S21 ultra

-due to S22 ultra delayed 2x re-scheduled,

- S23 ultra 2x re-scheduled again.

' thought that this time, Samsung showed improvement after a few delayed and failed re-scheduled deleveries from the previos pre orders, I guess it's still be the same.

They offered an E-voucher on my s23 Ultra ordered  but they revoke it after a few days thus,

i didnt got the chance use it

Now this is same senario again Samsung?

I'm on the same boat. Disgusting. I've called them today and complained about all this mess and offered me 100£ voucher to keep the order alive. They blame the storm Isha for this delays.

Ordered 21st for delivery 24th. Then get email delaying until 26th. Just hadanother emailsaying 9th Feb. Beyond livid. 2 days leave used already (I do not have a job whete I can cancel my leave!). How do you even contact them, keeps taking me back to order tracking. S24+ violet

I haven't violet s24+ with the memory upgrade. Delayed from 24th to 26th now the 9th Feb. 2 days leave already used/wasted as I can't cancel tomorrow's

There are delays every year when people order exclusive colours ,etc, that is why i just order the standard black every year and get it on the day of release every year.
After all they are mostly just put in a protective case so why bother 🤷‍♂️
