Delayed delivery

Ordered the Flip 6 on 14/08/24 before the next day delivery cutoff so the phone was meant to be delivered yesterday, but I didn't get a dispatch email or any email. Tried to speak to Samsung about the delivery but apparently my order is packaged and ready to ship but they're not sure why there's a delay. All I've been told to do is wait for an email about the delivery. 

More disappointed that I've had to chase Samsung to try and get an answer about the delay instead of them emailing me saying that there's been a delay. My order has been stuck in 'preparing dispatch' since 14/08/24.

Anyone else have this issue?

I didn’t pay extra, it was free next day delivery. I’m just wondering what the actual delay is because no one can seem to tell me unfortunately.

It's not ideal, is it. There really should be some clear communication between Samsung CS and their despatch warehouse.

Yes, that’s exactly my problem. Now I’m just stuck waiting for an email about the delivery.

Did you just order the flip on its own?

Yep, just the flip. Ordered the Watch 7 a couple weeks back and that came fine with no delays.

What colour and storage version did you order?

It’s the blue 256GB version. Pretty sure it’s a popular version of the phone but I’ve been told by multiple Samsung support agents that the order is packaged and ready to ship.

Hi.  Have you ever owned a flip phone? I have the flip 5 and it's a dud.

I will never buy a flip phone ever again! 

It started acting up only 2 months after buying it.  What a nightmare.
