Confirmation of extended warranty (2019 Frame TV)

I bought a 2019 Frame TV last week but forgot to add the extra 4 years free warranty when I placed the order.
 
I sent an email to Samsung immediately but after 5 days haven't received a reply.
 
I've tried live chat and phone but can't get confirmation that I have the extended warranty. 
 
Is there any way of finding ths out?
