Hello i have ordered Samsung Fold z3 on 09.04.2022 , and i  didnt received any e mail from samsung and there is no order number ! 
ive got only one email from Paypal about the payment plan ( Ratenzahlen) 
i didnt received the phone either from DHL, ive payed 3,00€ extra so i can receive the phone in one day later, but its been 4 days and there is no phone and no email from samsung so i can track my package!  

the package is with the name of :

Nour Al Huda Mahjob 

I don’t have any informations about my order !
