Update firmware for Samsung G5 Odysssey C34G55

Hello. I bought a new monitor and ran into a problem. The monitor does not turn off when the computer is turned off. Type: LC34G55TWWIXCI Software version: M-T5534GCPA-1003.0

I have another such monitor but with firmware version 1002.4 and there is no such problem. Please help with updating the firmware to the old version or the new one.

Not sure if the problem is the firmwire, but I have attached it here.

If it does not get solved by the firmwire, you can try to change the monitors and see if the problem is the monitor or computer. Contact our support if you would need further help 😊

Hot *****! Finally an update firmware. Can't believe it's not up there on the actual Samsung page.. I've got an other type, but same model and even older firmware, so this bumped it up by a lot. (1001)

We must have somehow missed it, sometimes it happens when there are other variants with a slightly different product number (maybe one HDMI port less, or a second source has been added so the same product code and main FW cant be used), and we miss publishing that version.

My problem is that when pc go to sleep and back, monitor is not turning on, unless i restart pc.
