dear samsung,your claim format on the promotion page via s22 or apple mac etc is truly a shower of sh**e,i have been trying to claim with a VALID EMAIL,while your site says it isnt,same 1 i use on mu account.and the purchase date is not being accepted on the site format,i have also sent dtails of delivery etc,SO WHY THE ***** CANT I CLAIM FOR MY FREE BUDS YOU SCAMMING ****
